Other axe throwing venues use paint and timber to make their targets. We did too, and then we grew up.
We project whatever we want onto the end grain of long 6″ x 6″ lumber stacked up nice and high. This means your Axe will stick better, it means there are fewer wood chips, and yeah, it means we can project games on to the wood!
Play Tic-Tac-Toe, Connect4, hunt some zombies, or choose a classic target to practice your accuracy. This isn’t your grandmother’s Axe Throwing venue.
The best part? If no one is waiting for your lane at the end of your session, you can keep playing until someone shows up to take over. Unlimited Axe Throwing is exactly as great as it sounds.
Axe throwing is a ridiculously fun activity that has exploded in popularity over recent years. And we’re proud to say we’ve offered it since day 1 at High Caliber. Over the years we’ve upped our game, and now we have gamified axe throwing- the best experience you’ll find anywhere in Michigan. Besides being a great way to release stress and even get in a little workout, you also get to look like a total badass!
Our Axperts will walk you through the rules, safety, and savior-faire (a fancy French word for “what to do”) and then set you free to have some fun. They are available all day for coaching if you choose to use them.
Is it really UNLIMITED?
Short answer, yes.
Long answer, your session lasts a half-hour, but if no-one is queued up behind you for the next session, you can keep playing as long as you’d like! Once another group gets in line though, you will be booted onto your next activity, even if the next activity is more Axe Throwing! It is unlimited after all.
